Programme
The programme of the infrastructure year
What rails are in production, what they cost to connect to and what they return in settlement time, operational cost and security, session by session.
The 2027 programme
The hype has been priced in and the rulebook is written. The HBW programme starts where institutions actually are: core banking, custody and market systems that now need to exchange data securely with DLT networks, treasuries that want intraday collateral mobility, and clearing operations preparing to settle in central bank money through Pontes. Institutions and the builders of tokenisation platforms and interoperability protocols will examine the strongest business cases, the integration work still to be done and the practical steps from pilot to production.
Five pillars of the infrastructure year
Questions worth putting on the table
- Q1What tokenisation platforms are in production at major banks today, and what did integration really cost?
- Q2How do core banking and market systems exchange data securely with DLT networks?
- Q3What does Pontes change for your treasury, clearing and collateral operations?
- Q4Where does 24/7 settlement save money, and where does it add risk?
- Q5How do you build MiCA and DORA into the infrastructure rather than around it?
How we are building the programme
